Is it colder when snow melts or when it is snowing?


I remember you told me it should be when snow melts ( if we assume snowing is at 0 degree ) because of latent heat of fusion blah blah blah...
I haven't forgotten that, but when I know that I will be able to see you in 2 weeks' time, I don't feel quite as cold.

Cherry: what do u mean by refresh button? Do you mean the refresh icon on the top tool bar of window?
